Lower your expectation, and accept the imperfection.
Personal opinion:
If you need a perfect result, don't buy this, go to a body shop, there is no perfect solution without sanding, filling, using computer matched paint and spaying for several layers.
If you're looking for a solution to cover the small damage, this kit is very good, it provides you with everything you need to do it back home, include the cleaning solution, touching up paint and the paste for final buffering.
I had no experience in doing touch-up paint, but still managed to achieved the result I'm satisfied with (with really LOW expectation). I didn't do sanding first, because I don't want to cause more damage to the paint, instead, I applied few layers (wait for 10 minutes between each), then use the paste in the kit to buffer it out. In the instruction, they did say if your car is very new, the color is likely mismatched (the paint is more likely made for aged paint), which is my case, you can definitely tell it's "too white" in certain angle, but it's barely visible from few feet away, and most importantly, it covers the metal and prevents the further rusting, I'm satisfied with the result.
Accurate representation of a good product
For context I had about a 15cm long deep scratch that clearly showed the metal. In my experience, this product worked to my expectations based on the description of the product. Needless to say it does require a minimum amount of skill and patience.
The colour out of the box is a 99% match. In my experience with this product it dried a slightly darker blue when applied too thick. This was easily removed using the solution included.
Please see the before and after photos attached. I can no longer feel the scratch with my finger and it has been adequately repaired.
Finally, I would recommend this product for the application stated above. However, if you have not done paint repairs before, limit your expectations.

No miracles, but an easy to use, great value touch up kit
Incredibly easy to apply. There is some finesse required (paint does glob after all) and deeper scratches might require some other solutions/tools, but as a self contained touch up kit, it works wonders.

Suitable for light scratches
Suitable for light scratches which is the main reason I wanted it. Matches the gun metal grey on the '17 Mazda 3 pretty well. Just make sure to grab some plaster/clay first for anything too deep.

Good kit
The product comes as described and is easy to use thanks to the tutorial video on youtube. The paint color was correct. Just remember, this is a patch job, its not going to be perfect.

The paint is the exact color of the car. However, it is very thick and is better for deep scratches that can't be buffed.
I will buy again for deeper scratches.

It wasn’t what I expected, even in little pieces it didn’t work properly. I advice someone to just take ca to body shop. Color of car was exact though.
Color matches great, but difficult to apply
I followed the instructions to try and get a more "flush" appearance. The instructions tell you to over-apply and wipe excess off after a minute. However, that can be tricky. The time window is too short. If you try too soon it wipes off completely, and if you wait a minute longer it completely sets.
Color does not match - 27A
Great kit, red is darker than the paint it is supposed to be matching. Not very noticeable from far away, good enough for patching paint chips, not a solution for making a car look great.
